Ponzu Glazed Flap Steak

Ingredients: 2 Tbls fresh lemon juice 2 Tbls fresh lime juice 4 Tbls low-sodium soy sauce 2 Tbls honey 4 tsps bottled ground fresh ginger (or 2 tsp ground ginger) 1 (1-pound) flap steak (get this at BJs) Heat grill on high. Mix ingredients and marinade. Put steak on till desired temperature. Add rice and sauteed peppers for a delicious addition.

RedHot Original Buffalo Chicken Wings

Discover just how simple it is to make this Buffalo wings recipe right at home. Makes: 8 servings Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Ingredients 1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 cup  FRANK'S® REDHOT® BUFFALO WINGS SAUCE   2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces Directions Preheat fryer with Vegetable Oil to 400 Degrees. Mix butter and RedHot Sauce in medium bowl; set aside. Deep-fry wings at 400 Degrees F for 10 minutes or until cooked through and floating. Toss wings in sauce mixture until well coated. Serve with blue cheese or ranch and celery and carrots, if desired.

Baked Drumsticks and Wings

Ingredients For Chicken: 8 drumsticks 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and freshly ground black pepper Spicy Sauce: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup hot sauce 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce For the chicken: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse and pat dry the drumsticks. Mix the oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl or resealable plastic bag. Toss the drumsticks in the seasoned oil to coat well. Bake the drumsticks on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet (so air circulates around chicken - didn't do this but they worked out fine.) until very tender and the skin is crisp, 50 minutes. For the spicy sauce: Mix together the butter, hot sauce and BBQ sauce in a large bowl. Toss the drumsticks in the spicy sauce until well coated. Firecracker Chicken

Ingredients: 1/2 cup hot/chili sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot or Sriracha) 1/2 cup brown sugar or honey 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 cloves garlic, grated 1 pinch red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon oil 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste Heat the hot sauce, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and chili pepper flakes in a small saucepan until the sugar has melted into the sauce. Heat the oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, season the chicken with the salt and pepper, add to the pan and brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a preheated 400F/200C oven and bake until the chicken is cooked, about 10-15 minutes, basting with the sauce every 5 minutes. Enjoy with remaining sauce! Lemon Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients: 2 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) broilers (or chicken breasts or thighs or whatever you want to cook 1 cup salad oil (or olive oil) 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1 TBLS salt 1 tsp paprika 6 tsps crushed basil 2 tsps onion powder 1/2 tsp crushed thyme 1/2 tsp garlic powder Marinate overnight. Grill chicken. Serve.
