Combine the salsa, lime juice, Worcestershire, and garlic in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add the steak pieces. Seal tightly and rub the steaks with the marinade until evenly coated. Set aside for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
Grilling Instructions:
Start one side of the grill.
Once hot, clean the whole grill surface.
Place marinaded skirt steak on hot side of the grill. Cook for 2 minutes and flip.
Once seared, put on the indirect heat side of the grill.
Once it reaches desired internal temperature, remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes.
