Ponzu Glazed Flap Steak
2 Tbls fresh lemon juice
2 Tbls fresh lime juice
4 Tbls low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbls honey
4 tsps bottled ground fresh ginger (or 2 tsp ground ginger)
1 (1-pound) flap steak (get this at BJs)
Heat grill on high.
Mix ingredients and marinade.
Put steak on till desired temperature.
Add rice and sauteed peppers for a delicious addition.
